CHEF GREG MOAD
Bringing the house of Aloha to your home, everyday!
Chef Greg Moad is the founder and executive chef of Lucky Penny Catering, based out of Pasadena, Ca. He has served as executive chef at a number of Zagat rated and local-favorite restaurants around the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Most recently, he was the executive chef at Nico's Pier 38, steps from the Honolulu Fish Auction, and a modern eatery in the up-and-coming Eagle Rock neighborhood of L.A. More importantly, as a Hawaiian native, Greg believes that sharing the local food from the melting pot of Southeast Asian and Polynesian cultures is the best way to bring the aloha from the islands to your home.
